Callout

Nothing in life is free, which is why we, unlike many others, charge a callout fee. We do not do free estimates, but will give you an accurate estimate of the repair before commencing work. You will find, as we do, that "no callout fee" usually means you will get stung with a large repair bill at the end, having been promised a low estimate in the first instance.

Our current call out charge includes the first half hours labour, but excludes any parts fitted as a result of our technicians diagnosis of the fault. Repairs that are labour-intensive will be brought into the workshops as this collects a lower labour rate, saving you, the customer, money. We also will endeavour to supply a loan machine where possible, to see you through whilst we have your machine in for repair.

Call Times

Morning calls run from 8am to 12pm, and afternoon calls run from 1pm to 5pm. If you require an early call, or an after 4pm "school run" call please ask when booking so we can arrange this with our repair team.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all our work for 6 months, with extended manufacturers guarantees for some parts. Please call us for further information.
