Hull based kitchen appliance repairer GT Electrical has been commended at the 2008 Total Excellence and Quality (TEQ) Awards for outstanding customer service. Beating hundreds of other repairers, the Queens Road based repairer was championed as a company which provides exceptional service to its customers.
Now in their 11th year, the TEQ Awards, administered by appliance plan specialist Domestic & General, are based on feedback from over 400,000 questionnaires sent out annually across the UK to customers post repair. The survey examines the complete repair process from call handling through to efficiency and politeness of the repair agent. GT Electrical prides itself on providing is customers with complete satisfaction.
GT Electrical, now in their 37th year of trading, are certainly dedicated to their customers, as their success at the last six TEQ Awards clearly shows. This latest achievement highlights the repairers commitment to providing first class service year on year.
