It's 2 in a row, as GT Electrical of Hull were announced winners of the 2004 prestigious Total Excellence & Quality (TEQ) Award from Domestic & General.
As with last year, more than 200,000 Domestic & General customers filled in post-repair questionnaire to pick out the best appliance repairers in the country. They marked GT Electrical on such points as:
- First contact with the repairer
- Punctuality
- Politeness
- and efficiency
Vivienne Bell, proprietor, said:
"I honestly can't believe it! Winning this award for the second time, it's put the spotlight on us well and truely."
She went further by adding:
"I would just like to again thank all our customers for giving such positive feedback, and hope we can live up to the high standards in the coming year and make it 3 out of 3!"
